A trip to Stonehenge?

Last weekend we took a trip Stonehenge. Ok, it is was actually Foamhenge, which is located in Natural Bridge, VA (in the western part of the state -near the mountains). A local artist made a replica of the site out of Styrofoam. It was a fun little exhibit to check out, but not the real reason we traversed the state. My parents were in town last weekend and we decided to venture out of Richmond to get Asian pears, which are grown at an orchard near the mountains and to visit Natural Bridge. Natural Bridge is this neat stone bridge that was created from years of erosion by the river below it. It still acts as a bridge today as route 11 still runs over it. My parents had a great time visiting and we enjoyed the cool weather.

Not a bad replica
